Tid Griffin

William Tid Griffin

CEO and Chairman, Board of Directors. LLC Member

Mr. Griffin is a graduate of Georgetown College in Kentucky, where he double-majored in Biology and Business Administration, and minored in Chemistry. Throughout his career, Mr. Griffin has developed millions in revenues, leading international teams for firms such as GE Capital and the engineering firm Syska and Hennessy, where he served as Director of Strategic Relations. As Director, he launched an international subsidiary focusing on high technology consultation, planning, and build-out. $60 million in new business was awarded to the company in it's first year. He later moved on to become Vice President of Business Development at the prominent data and communications planning firm UIG, where he developed expansion and restructuring plans for NASDAQ and other data-intense companies.

After helping implement emergency power and communications to New York City's downtown area during the aftermath of 9/11, Mr. Griffin traveled to Asia to launch 4cornersoftheworld.com, an importer of rare eastern arts. He later returned to the United States to start Gryphon Environmental, LLC.

In addition to his extensive professional experience, Mr. Griffin is an accomplished photographer. His work has been commissioned by numerous elite golf courses and resorts throughout the United States and the Caribbean, and has been published in leading golf and resort industry magazines.

Hartley "Buddy" Blaha

Hartley "Buddy" Blaha

Mr. Blaha is the current President of Newell Rubbermaid. He holds a degree in commerce from the University of Virginia. Prior to Newell Rubbermaid, Buddy had a 16-year career in divestitures and acquisitions with Lehman Brothers. He leads the company's efforts in all phases of acquisitions and divestitures with emphasis on completing business portfolio transactions that support the company's strategic objectives. Mr. Blaha most recently was Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions, for Lehman's London headquarters offices, and prior to that was based in the New York office.

Mr. Blaha has a wide range of experience in Business Development and is one of the leading M&A veterans in the world. Gryphon Environmental is pleased to have Mr. Blaha as an Advisory Board Member. He will assist the Company as we grow into a globally-recognized organization.

Ronald Bowman, Jr.

Ronald Bowman, Jr.

Mr. Bowman is the Executive Vice President of Tishman Technologies, based in New York, NY. He has over twenty years of experience in the management of leasing, consultation, construction and management programs for mission critical projects in both the US and abroad. His expertise ranges from power generation facilities to high-bandwidth international networks.

Mr. Bowman has served many of the major financial service and telecommunications firms as consultant, project manager and broker on projects ranging from switch nodes to trading floors to UPS plants to advances satellite and communications systems. He has been quoted regarding mission critical construction in the following periodicals: the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Crain's, Real Estate Weekly, USA Today, The New York Daily News and Engineering Today. Mr. Bowman has also given seminars and speeches at: NACORE, Building Seminar, Baruch College, French Intelligent Building Institute, Japanese's Intelligent Building Consortium, Communications Deregulation Seminar, Physical Infrastructure Symposium, Future of Wireless Communication in New York, and Corporate Real Estate Conference.

As a leading authority in global Real Estate ventures, Mr. Bowman will be vital in the Company's strategic positioning of the technology and the Stage Two operations in converting process solids into energy.

Steven Stengell

Treasurer, Board of Directors. LLC Member

Steven Stengell is currently the President of Allied Energy. He has over 10 years of progressive management experience in the oil and gas industry including operations planning, program syndication, investment banking, investor relations, strategic planning, drilling, exploration and production operations. He has extensive experience in developing and evaluating oil and natural gas developmental programs for individual clients and the NASD Broker Dealer industry as a whole.

Mr. Stengell has actively been involved with the drilling and development of more than 25 geographical areas throughout the domestic U.S. primarily located in the East Texas Basin, Southern Louisiana, Appalachian Basin and the Gulf Coast Areas. In 1995, Mr. Stengell received a Bachelors Degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Kentucky and more recently a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Kentucky University. Mr. Stengell is a proud member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Mr. Stengell recently completed the IPAA 2004 Executive Management Program sponsored by the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA). The program was instructed by faculty from the Harvard Business School of Cambridge, Massachusetts. In May 2006, Mr. Stengell completed the Reserves and Evaluation graduate certificate program at Texas A&M University Department of Petroleum Engineering.
